Pony Tails

Look how long my pony tail is. : )

It's a Race

I was in a very intense race today (as you can tell from the look on my face). It looked like it was the race of all animal races because I saw goats, and zebras and horses and even giraffes there. I only wanted to ride the horses though because I have been practicing my horse racing skills at home, so I thought I might have an advantage over all the other riders. During the whole race, the camel was trying to get in front of me but he wasn't doing a very good job of running, he was just jumping up and down.

katie bear

katie bear, katie bear, what do you see? i see a green tree, a blue fountain, a gray pigeon, a pink stroller, a huge building and a vietnamese gramma looking at me. that's what i see. (ref. bill martin jr. & eric carle) after a long day at the office, the gym and the park, i wrap my blankie around me and take a dive into la-la land. doing yoga in my sleep really helps keep me centered during waking hours. namaste.

pebbles

today i'm wearing a shirt with my picture on it. people keep calling the girl "pebbles", but i know pebbles are small stones in the bottom of a creek. i can tell this is me because of the hairdo. and who the heck is bam-bam? my boyfriend's name is jason. get it right people. here's a picture of him. isn't he a cutie?

Trains, planes and automobiles.

This past week I have been on a place, and I am always in an automobile, and now I get to go on trains. We always go on trains to pick up dinner, but just lately I have started to enjoy them. Of course I always have to have my own seat when we sit down.

Ice Rink

I went to the ice rink the other day and I thought it was very pretty. We went back today and this time I thought it was very scary. I don't know if it was all the fake green grass or the people zooming by me at a thousand miles an hour but I did not like the ice this time. I did, however, like the rockin' music and the pretty lights that were everywhere. P.S. Mommy, look at my train video.

Big Bookstore

I like to take Aimee to the bookstore across the street after naps sometimes. Today Aimee took me to a very big bookstore that had different books and it even had stuffed animals for me to play with too. I wanted to take all of them home but I was negotiated out of all of them. It was all the animals or the cell phone to play with. Who could argue with that? My favorite animal that liked to read books with me was the polar bear. He was nice and soft and he liked to give me hugs.

The Book Song

Book, book, book. Book, book, book. I like to sing this song while I am picking out books to read. This song makes sure that I pick the best one to read, but sometimes there are just some many to choose from I don't know where to start.

big apple

i just got back from a loooooong trip. i saw all of my grandmas and grandpas and aunts and uncles and cousins (oops, no cousins yet - mommy says it's the aunts and uncles fault). i also got to hang out a little in the big apple. this is what they call new york city, but i didn't see a big apple anywhere. and believe me, i looked. but i did see a lot of animals at the central park zoo and i even tried my hand at being a bunny. i got to feed the goats and sheep and alpacas (yeah, don't ask me), and i got to go on a horsey ride with mommy. our horse was very fast and sang really loudly. i went to the natural history museum and got to play in the butterfly conservatory. some were dead and some were alive. i don't know what that means, but they were all pretty. to see more photos from my adventures in the big banana, i mean apple, click here to have a look at my NYC! photo gallery. kisses to all.
