I know I'm cute, but Aimee kept looking at me funny? There must be something on my face? I was just eating my pinwheel cracker that mommy bought me and Aimee kept laughing at me. It was so good I devoured the whole thing REALLY fast and I guess I had a couple crumbs on my face. As you can tell I'm good at pointing now. I can push my piano keys one at a time and I can even push the elevator buttons. I am only allowed to push the buttons 1 and 6 though, and I don't know why people get mad when I push all the other buttons too. I know it is impolite to point but I get so excited about what I'm seeing I am just trying to tell everyone else to look at it too.

the other day i took a big walk in my stroller to pier 39. anissa said we were going to see lions. i didn't see any lions, though. i didn't want to hurt her feelings, but i think anissa was confused. i know the lions live at the zoo, not pier 39. but we saw some big weird things that barked like jack and lucy. i think they're called swimming dogs. i liked them and clapped my hands at them. some ladies from thailand liked me and clapped their hands at me. a good time was had by all.

this is me in my music class. my homeys and i do lots of singing, dancing, clapping and rapping. the teach' is really cool - she plays a little guitar and smiles a lot. notice my nametag. mommy loves when i wear this almost as much as my "local celebrity" t-shirt. i even know how to spell my name: k-a-t-i-e. anissa and i practice it every morning during poopie-pants time. i'm also advancing my skills and experience in the office. i've been cruisin' all around with my walkie-toy and working on my rhythm & motion with the groovy box my friend Heather gave me. mommy and daddy still think i'm a baby, but i'm a big girl. but, shhhh...we'll let them keep their delusion and joy. check it out:

Story time has been a little off schedule lately so I'm going to have my own story time sessions at 5:00 on Wednesday if anyone else would like to join me?! Todays book was by Baby Einstein and it was titled "Babies". It's a pretty long book, 7-8 pages so it might take me a couple days to get through it, and I have so many others that I have already started, I will recap what the story was about next week in my daily blog. I hope you enjoy the book "Babies". Its almost as exciting as the foot book!

Yesterday was Earth Day. I thought about it and decided that everyday should be Earth Day so today I hugged a tree... I also played with a piece of tree paper. Aimee called it a leaf though. I did not really enjoy the leaf I just thought that it was a neat color and it was cool in my hands. I really liked playing in the grass. Most babies don't like the grass but I sure showed them. I like to pull it and rub it and crawl in it. It's nice and cool and green and it tickles my toes and fingers. Tomorrow I am going to declare it Earth Day as well. Maybe tomorrow I'll play with a rock or go swimming in the ocean (if its not too cold) or even climb a mountain. Whatever seems to fit in after my nap will be just fine, it might even be just a fun day on the swings!
